Patricia Wells' Site Patricia Wells, food journalist for the International Herald Tribune and celebrity chef, has a home near Vaison, called Chanteduc. This site features her courses in Paris and at Chanteduc, among other interesting things.
Les Choralies Every three years, since 1953, Vaison hosts a giant 10-day festival of choral music at the end of July and the beginning of August.The next one will be the summer of 2010. Picture thousands of choristers, happily engaged all day in workshops and then participating in concerts in the evening in the Romain theatre and various churches and village halls. Not to mention spontaneous singing in cafes, in the streets, everywhere. Unforgettable for participants and audience alike.
